Can't adjust them when they are installed if you have 4/3 package. The fronts can be adjusted on the car, but the rears have to be removed. It's just 2 nuts per shock. I ran mine with one click firmer for awhile and just recently went to clicks firmer. This only affects rebound and no, you don't have to get the car realigned if you are just adjusting the rear shocks.

Not sure I understand what you are asking. Are you still talking about the rear shocks or the front? For the rear shocks you just need a socket set to remove them and turn the adjuster by hand while holding the button down with your finger. You will just have to drive the car to see what setting you want. It's all tied to your springs, tires and other suspension components.

They are very simple. Here's a good link with pics and wrench sizes for removing the rear shocks. These aren't Koni's but the procedure is the same.

If you are a customer of mine (you bought the shocks from me), you can and should call me for adjustment procedures. However, being that the information is often mis-understood, and takes a lot time for me to go over, I can't just give away my knowledge and settings to anyone who asks.

When I sell Koni's, installation details, shock settings, and a primer on how the damping effects the car, as well as how to change the damping to suit your needs is included in that price. It's not extra, and it's something everyone needs to know and that folks who sell, but don't use Koni's might not know anything about (which is common).

Again, if you bought your shocks from me--just call me and I'll walk you through it. If not, I'm sorry that I can't be more specific, but the reason some folks undercut is they can't support their product and and I can't make a living doing it for them.
