Chris at RayMac does a lot of LS1 stuff. Yelvi, at Hans Feustel, has done a few sets too. If you are wanting something real wild, I would lean more towards Chris. He does them more often. If you are wanting a mild street head, Yelvi could do that as well

Do not go anywhere but straight to Lloyd's. You cannot beat his customer service and he can help you with your whole setup. Good prices for awesome work. A few weeks ago I dropped off some LT1 heads and he took over an hour out of his day working to talk with me about my setup. Awesome guy he can get you setup perfectly.

Best advice I've seen ever posted on this website. There's nothing else to say besides Lloyd is cheap and you get what you pay for...whether thats good to say, i'd not want him touching my stuff since you usually end up paying more in the long run to fix it.

I don't know what you mean by saying with Lloyd's stuff you need to get stuff fixed later but I've seen tons of cars running his stuff with no problems. Most of the people who aren't satisfied with his stuff blame him when it's them who don't set they're stuff up correctly. He suggest certain things and those who listen to him are the ones who reap the benifits. Maybe you had a bad experience but if you've never used his stuff...you don't know what you're missing.

Moral of the story, if you want to be fast and not just a red light to red light car, pay the money and get someone that doesnt push stuff out the door as fast as he gets it. Or study some of the faster class cars at the track and find out whos doing their intake and head work. I'd tell you exactly who that would be but then it'd be no fun for your research. I can tell you its not Lloyd though

We can CNC port and CNC valve job the heads for you. We can also get you setup on some larger valves as well as a set of springs to meet the needs of your application. Let us know if that is something you are interested in and we can get you fixed up with some pricing.

Maybe you guys had a bad experience...but it happens to everyone who does stuff like that. Every so often yes there will be a problem. But just because you had a problem doesn't mean he doesn't know his stuff or that he's not a great head porter, bc he is and has proven that many times.
But I would like to know who you think is the best.....
