yes it is privately owned. its in a business complex tho. we arent really sure how big this thing is gonna be but the owner of the shop is prepared for it to be huge if needs be. it might be a little slow at first tho. he does want this to be a permanent thing. not just try it for a couple weeks and abandon it. we are still trying to work out some details. like, how often we should meet. right now i think we are hinting at every other week. hopfully on the off weeks of the starbucks meet
