Sorry about your buddy man but I'm sure he knows...

as for trying to kill the sunfire... I laughed hard at that! I could just picture this poor little car getting beat on like a red headed step child... LOL

my first car was a 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 with a 351c i paid $1500 for. man that thing was ugly when we got it. it was avocado green with lamb skin seat covers and it had those ugly hub caps and beauty rings. luckly after blowing the engine and a few years later it dont look like that anymore. know it has a 468bb and a built c6 tranny.

1963 Nova SS originally a straight 6 with the powerglide. Now has a zz4 350, built powerglide, moser 12 bolt, and rack & pinion setup. I've had it since I was 14.

1972 BMW Bavaria that sat in guys garage for ten years and didn't run(still had gas and all fluids still in it). He moved and gave it to me to get out his garage. Dual carb striat 6, 4 speed. Drained the fluids, rebuilt the brakes, cleaned the carbs. Drove it for two years till I sold it to a collector.

a black (had been repainted and orange peel all over the car)1992 cavalier was the first car that I drove around on a regular basis.

The first car I drove on a regular basis that I liked was my mystic teal 97 z28 a4. It had 92k on the clock when I got it. I drove it till it had 132k then traded it in on my 2002 z28 m6. I fought oil leaks the entire time I had the 97 but enjoyed every minute of it. There is not a day that goes by that I don't regret getting rid of the 97. I know the guy that has it now though and from time to time I get to see it. He takes good care of it.

My very first car was a 1976 Olds Starfire GT. For those unfamiliar, it was based on the Vega. It had a "powerful" 110 hp 236ci V6 and a 5-speed. The suspension was terrible and I totaled it within 6 -months.

My first real ride was a 1980 Z28. Bought it when I got out of college. Still miss her.
