Circle D Transmission 6L80E Upgrades

Thanks for the compliment on the video.
However, the transmission would actually run cooler because the extra clutch capacity would help keep it from slipping. But, anytime that you can add an extra cooler it is a good idea, especially on a performance transmission.

ive been wondering the same thing, it cant be that hard. the t56 and 6l80e occupy the same space in the vettes, g8's, and 5th gens, so the 6l80e shouldnt be terribly different, im sure a little BFH is required LOL
oh and thanks for the vid!!! chris and glen mentioned yall were doing a lot of R&D with the 6l80's but thats some pretty cool stuff. Circle D FTMFW!!

Outlawz Racing: The issue with trying to put a 6L into a Z28 would be that there is no stand alone controller at this time.

you guys should start pioneering the kit now, make the hard parts and use the 5th gen pcm and harness for the ls2/3/9 guys. would def be a killer swap and yall have more than enough knowledge and experience to do it right and make it work. and im tired of killing my 4l60 hahaha
