I went to CVS today, and when I came out I saw a younger guy in a pretty nice WS6. We got to talking and he said it was an '02 auto, mods were very similar to mine except he had a 3600 stall and fast 90/90 set up. Those were really the only differences. I ask if he's run it at the track, he says yes. I ask what his best time was, he said on drag radials, he pulled a 10.8 in the 1/4 with a 1.5s 60ft. Now, I didn't want to call bs to his face, but the bs flag was raised in my mind. Is it possible for a heads/cam/stalled ws6 to run 10.8? No nitrous or anything, all motor.

On nitrous it would be maybe a 10.99 on motor at best a 11.4

yea, cam only cars have been in the 10's. i have seen several H/C/I cars in the 10's

Yup. It us very possible if he built it correctly with good parts.

Stock internal cars can go 11.4 with a good converter, gears, suspension, and of course q good tune
