just moved to austin
hey guys just moved to austin a couple days ago bored out of my damn mind ive got a 2000 camaro ss im in the steiner ranch area by lake travis just wondering if there r any camaro or TA's around that wanna cruise or somethin

It's a great area. I usually hit 71 west to the backroads for weekend driving. Centex has the curvest roads in the state.

Welcome, there's meets every Saturday not very far from you. It starts around 7ish on 1431 behind Carl's Jr. If you're heading north on 183, exit 1431 and you'll see Carl's Jr right there, and the meet is right behind it.
Here's a map.
There is also a meet down south at Cabella's on Saturdays as well. I have never been to that meet though. If you're cool, and meet the right people at the north meet, you might get a ticket to get to go play in Mexico

The Cabella's and Carl's Jr meets are both very good. Cabella's (from what I've witnessed) tends to be bigger and includes more old-school hot rods than the Carl's Jr one.
