help a brotha out...just got a z06 a few months ago... i used to be all over dfwstangs svtperformance and ls1 as 11secCobra, but i sold the 03 cobra that went 6.88 off the bottle with a ported eaton on a solid axle and some 28x10s....used to tear up the dallas street racing scene, but i been out the loop for 3 years or so. can somebody shoot me a PM and lemme know some of the spots? the thurs night bike guys dont like these cars eatin them up on 121

It takes around 850 to the wheels to eat liter bikes.....

dont recall saying anything about eating up liter bikes w the vette...BUUUUUT seeing as i just sold my 10r, i do know that i used to HATE it when cars were out there cruisin up beside you at 140, a little scary.

ive ate 6s and 750s...no liter bikes yet, i used to ride a '10 zx10 so i know how fast they are, itd take bout a 150 shot to keep it close. but it def dont take no 850rw, i could keep it pretty close with the fat cobra on spray and that was only 640/a whole lotta tq

Just do simple math. A z06 comes with on the high side 470 rwhp and lets say you shoot a 150 that's 620. Car weights 3200 which gives you a power to weght of 5.1 lbs per hp
A 2011 GSX-R 1000 has 157 hp and weighs 448 giving a power to weight of 2.85 lbs per hp.
The closer you are to 1 the faster you are, so I don't buy a 150 shot at all will get you there.
to get to a 3.0 power to weight you need over 1000 hp. I know you can race em at 850, but at 200 less hp, I call no way. If your beating the smaller bikes now it's cuz they are starting in the wrong gears. Ive driven 600's to 1000's and still have my z and there is no way 620 will take em if they are driving right. Hell I have 550 rwhp in my z and bikes that know what they are doing will still smoke me, they should they are lighter and faster per weight. It's not rocket science.
