More likely a fake news show attempting to discredit the obviously accurate and totally illegal street racing content of Street Outlaws. For shame, for shame. Cops coming! Trailer up the cars and let's get out of the area before they drive the 300 feet to us!

First offence racing isn't a felony.

It can be depending on the circumstances, such as you run someone off the road and kill them. It happens every year...

I like how they say Oh No It's A Cop!! All normal like they never get their car impounded or anything. And there is always a cop conveniently located nearby. I still like the show though lol

Yeah by now everyone knows the show is scripted. Cops are fake. They are not fooling anybody. Although they do seem to be on top of their game as far as the "no prep" business. But those cars would not be competitive on the track in the classes that they "should" run which is probably why they race on the street. They even they acknowledge now that their cars are not real street cars.

At that point the street racing isn't the felony, the man slaughter is. It's a class B in Texas first offense. Ask me how I know....

Cost $25 for the road closure permit on the highway!

Any idea what it takes to shut down a road in Houston area?
