Default SA salvage yards for fbods

Need 2 minor pieces now.

Steering column housing end cap
Power mirror bezel trim for driver side

No luck on CL nor does hp salvage have it.

Any yards in SA worth going to?

Pick n pulls got several fbodies, TA and camaros but all of them are in a million pieces and nothing is worth a **** on most of them because it's all been open to the elements for months on end. When someone goes a pulls a part they just destroy everything else trying to remove it. Anything in the interior is pretty much useless, if it's not sun baked, smashed or missing its in the hatch with 100 different other random parts thrown back there from other cars in the yard. If it's really misc and out of the way then you can probably find it there, but nothing is in good condition.

That's why I've never looked into any salvage yards other than HpSalvage.
Looking at FB right now for theses pieces.

Online site with database of wrecking yards I use sometimes.

www.car-parts.com

I know you are not looking for the whole steering column but the search for the specific piece was not defined out there. Found these two yards you might call.

2002
Steering Column
Chevy Camaro AT,RWD,Grey, w/ key 12129p $125 Main Auto & Truck Parts USA-TX(San-Antonio) E-mail 210-932-1100

2001
Steering Column
Pontiac Firebird W.KEY,Grey,Bucket,T-C-D-R,AT,F 137766 $Call Brothers Auto Parts USA-TX(San-Antonio) Request_Quote 1-800-926-8591

Couldn't really figure out what that other piece is so ya might try a search. They all ship as well.

That sounds like something I personally wouldn't buy used and expect to receive in great condition unless I paid a lot for freight and packaging.

Which is why I was thinking a pick-a-part. At least I could see them and decide for myself. The issue with my lines is that there is surface corrosion in spots and Id like for it to not be there, I was asking the odds that they would be worth a **** from a salvage yard. I was looking at part out classifieds of southern cars but the shipping is what kills the deal (as I was wanting them to be packaged properly).
