new wheels ... opinions?
When we purchased our 2012 GMC Sierra 1500 2WD about a year ago it came with 245/70/17 wheels and tires even though it was badged a Texas Edition truck.
I thought all Texas Edition GM trucks had 20" wheels. Well, it was time to replace the tires so we put on factory 20" wheels (in matte black) with 275/55/20 tires. I've never been a black wheel fan but I think they're becoming more popular and the look is kind of growing on me.
Opinions?
We have a black UnderCover Flex tonneau cover coming from Summit tomorrow so that should help tie it all together.

Thanks guys! Yes, the black wheel thing is pretty popular now. I've never owned a set and my wife picked these out. I've always been a polished aluminum or chrome fan like on our C5.

Thanks guys. I appreciate all of the comments. Yes, they have gorilla locks. Discount Tire gave me the special socket to remove them. I'm wondering though how easy it is to purchase that socket. ??? The truck stays in our garage at night so that's not an issue. Work isn't either so it will have to be the grocery store, mall, ... parking lot. I suppose if they really want them they'll get them.

They'd look better chrome (IMO), but it's definitely an improvement over the ugly 18s.
I'd debadge it, match the handle, get rid of the door molding, and clear the headlights.
