in order to complete the transformation you'd have to go out and just buy a firehawf formula. it's really not that hard of a concept and most likely would be cheaper in the end.

oh, you just want the outside to look like a firehawk not the inside, good, that'll be way cheaper, now you just need the hood, rims, back hatch and badges.

firehawk hood will NOT fit a stock bumper. the hood wont close all the way because where the nose meets the hood will need to be cut back a bit. if you go to SLP's page, they will show a unique part# for the nose. many people buy the 'Raptor' hood, because it gives the general firehawk appearance, but will fit on the stock nose. i believe that the raptor hood does not have the heat extractors though.

The front bumper has to be trimmed because the Firehawk hood is longer.

Here is a pic:

...and the hood latch is a rod you have to pull out, not a lever like all other f-body cars are.

When you look up the Firehawk hood on SLP's site you will see the trimmed bumper there as well.

The IROC hatch was an option, otherwise its just a Trans Am wing, or Formula if Formula.

The Firehawk hood is flat as a rock just like the stock T/A hood, the Raptor hood (which I have) has huge humps on it like the WS6 hood does. And the Raptor hood has heat extractor option for $100 which are huge vents on the cowl. Which I think is a better design over the rain catchers on top of the hood like the Firehawk hood has.

Peace,
Craig.
