NADA blue book Retails for $27,225. Loan value at $21,550 you may have to pay the difference. I work at a bank, they only loan you the loan value not the Retail. Sometimes banks loans you on the retail of the car (sometimes)
I would try to get them to lower the selling price.

Actually, Capital One and other auto finance banks do not care what you pay for a vehicle as long as you sign the dotted line and accept the loan. Within reason, of course.

FYI, you can buy brand new GTOs at invoice minus holdback, minus any rebates if available. We paid $28,400 for our '06. Models with the 17" wheels were about $900 less.
