Default fs/ft: 93 z28 street strip car

Shot with KODAK EASYSHARE C633 ZOOM DIGITAL CAMERA at 2007-07-13

Shot at 2007-07-13

385ci stroker with 0 miles on it
stage 3 heads with about 45 miles on them
zzx cam 240/240 .600/.600 112 lsa
th350 with around 45 miles on it with trasbrake and reverse manual valve body rated to 700+ hp
roll cage (6pt bolt in Wolf brand)
full drag suspension driven around the block once
ss hood that needs to be painted
4" catback exhaust
pacesetter LT headers !egr
and a bunch of other mods
oh and the interior is out of it but most of it comes with the car

it runs but the headgaskets didn't seat so they need to be retorqued or replaced - they are copper headgaskets with arp head studs (me and my buddy installed them but i dont think we torqued the studs the correct way)

3500 bucks i just need to get rid of it at this point, i can't afford it anymore and have no room for it because i moved so its sitting in my parents garage. Thanks

Can you post up the last 8 of the VIN? Purple Pearl Metallic is an extremely rare color and if this was an original 6 speed car even more so (guessing by the console).

If the vin number is right I'm very interested!

ok there are about 83,XXX on the body, 0 miles on motor, about 45-50 on brand new trans, under 5 miles on new suspension

the vin is 2G1FP22P2P2131749 it was an auto car to begin with
it is speed density still and has a good tune
the block was built by south west engines in ceder hill, scat 383 crank, forged scat rods, speed pro coated pistons .040 over, plasma moly rings, arp rod bolts and head studs, Flat-Out copper headgaskets.

The headgaskets didn't seal, after the car runs for a couple minutes it would start to smoke. I didn't let it run very long and have drained the oil.

I live in Hurst about 10 miles from the DFW airport

if you have any other question you can email me at greesemunky93@sbcglobal.net because i'm not on here much anymore. Thanks

Well in that case, you need to take the engine back to the builder, they are responsible, they probably didnt machine the block for the gaskets, you shouldnt have a problem with them sealing, either that or the head studs are the problem, they need to fix it, that would be a waste of your money if you just let it sit like that.

i put the heads on not the machine shop......so its not their fault. The block is fine i just didn't torque them down right.
