i'm aware that not speeding will allow me to live ticket free. and i'm not whining about it. i'm just saying i'd really rather not pay it if i can avoid it. the whole situation seemed sketchy to me. it's whatever tho.
on that note.... anyone want to buy an Ibanez GSA-60 guitar and a Roland CUBE-15 amp? lol $200 obo. they're both in excellent condition. only one scratch on the guitar.

LOL they always hide. Come over to i10 and shepherd area in Houston, several cops set up speed traps and hide behind this building with ZERO cop cars visible, just a tiny radar gun sticking out of the building to catch those flying over the hill. So you must ride your brakes to be able to keep the speed of 35, and they ALWAYS have cars lined up.
Good luck!!

Go to the police station and ask for what model the laser is. Go find a user's manual for said gun, and find the part where it says it has to be used on a tripod.
Then go to court and ask the cop if he used a tripod.
Then get it dismissed.
If that don't work, go find the part in the manual where it says the gun has to be calibrated and checked for accuracy before and after the reading of you car was taken.
Then get it dismissed.
If that don't work, go find out the last time the officer was certified to use the laser gun. Compare that to what it says in the user's manual.
Then get it dismissed.
If that don't work, pay the damn thing.

here in tomball we have a cop that will hide behind a telephone pole at a church on tomball parkway with a radio, when he catches somebody he will radio ahead to another cop in the kroger parking lot between the building and a big concrete wall. the cop that ends up pulling you over is 400 yards ahead of you.
