Hey, Alex did ours in a matter of hours. (Yup my cousin with no patience tried to help and just delayed the process. LMAO) Let me know and if he's off this weekend I'm sure he'd help out.

Do it yourself. I just did mine the other weekend and it wasnt bad at all. I thought it would be a huge pain but it really wasnt. the driver side was pretty easy. On the passanger side the back bolt for teh coil pack bracket is a pain in the *** to remove...i never put mine back in. Its also a good time to change your spark plugs. The back plug as well as the back header bolt on the passenger side can be reached from the underside of the car. Also its worth it to go buy some felpro gaskets from autozone or where ever. I bought some and copper coated them...they sealed up nicely.

Funny you mention needing a hand San Antonio F-Body Association just had a get together to swap an LS1 and 3.8L (V-6) headers this weekend. If you are interested in something this weekend, I'll provide all the labor/tools, How does $150 sound? Play guitar hero at my place and drink free beer while you wait.
