you have to shift with your right hand, so use your left hand to hold the phone, right knee to steer, left foot to clutch and right hand to shift...very simple

I always switch ears when I'm on the phone, and the only difference I've noticed is the sound coming into my head from a different side .

i have always used my right, so it just feels weird to use my left ear

and khaos288, i still use my right ear, but its left hand on the wheel, right on the shifter, clutch foot, gas foot, and head tilted 45* sideways to hold the phone btwn my ear and shoulder

Anyways, its a fact one ear is better for music and the other better for listening. It makes sense does it not? The left is is directly connected to the "creative" side of the brain, therefore music can be appreciated and heard better in that ear. However, the right side of the brain is thought to be more anylitical (sp?) therefore the right ear is better for listening to convo/lectures.
