I would argue that repeatability is a lot more important in actual use then accuracy. I have a few SK, Precision Instruments and similar $$$ ones floating around and after dialing it in with rig using a digital scale I ended up quite happy with my Cheepie, $9 HF ½” drive one and use that more then the rest (and actually, it was very close to accurate out of the box, I was surprised that it compared well to a couple of $200 torque wrenches that I have). If you’re really worried about accuracy, the only great way to go is a good beam type.
As far as the ones that you listed I don’t have any experience, but I’ve never been really thrilled with any of the ones that have plastic handles…

I have a pair of Armstrong torque wrenches from Enco (see http://www.armstrongtools.com and http://www.use-enco.com ). I like 'em. Made in USA, nice construction.

FWIW, i read a torque wrench test recently from a precision measurement lab, they tested i believe 7 torque wrench from 7 manufacturers, ranging from the best most expensive name brand to Tiawan jobs from auto parts stores....the overall winner was Husky brand from Home Depot

I have:
Snap-On digital flex heads in 1/2 and 3/8ths
Husky 1/2in for torquing lugs
Craftsman 1/2 and 3/8ths that I had from awhile ago.
My Snap-On TQ wrenches get tested every 6months and haven't been off more than 2% since I bought them (within Snap-On spec)
The Craftsman wrenches are just fine for most people.
The Husky is OK, I like the operation of the Craftsman better. It's been dropped so I only use it for lugs now.
I like the Snap-On wrenches FAR better than the others. They beep and vibrate when commanded TQ is reached and they display the TQ actually applied. They also switch between ft-lb,in-lb,and NW-M with the push of a button. They are more than $300 a piece. I use them everyday and they are worth the money to me.

does torque angle, counts the degrees while you swing the ratchet
much quicker than a degree wheel and better than an electronic torque angle gauge
