Mild Steel 2-1 Exhaust Merge Collector
I am looking for a company that sells a 2-1 merge collector for a custom exhaust I'm building. Few spec's though... needs to be mild steel, not stainless, 16g is preferred, 2 1/2" inlets to a single 3" outlet. PLUS, one of the inlets needs to be straight and the other needs to be at about a 45* angle. I have used the one Flowmaster sells in the past however that one won't work without some modification for this. Now, I could build this from scratch however I have been sketching it out to get the math correct and it's been a little difficult. I am going to experiement this weekend with some cardboard for a template but would rather keep this project moving forward by just purchasing one. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

If time is an issue and u don't care about the money, use this one cut to the proper angle u need and buy, borrow or rent an expander. I bought 2 hand expanders (2 sizes) and u will be all set. I don't remember, but they weren't that expensive.
Good luck.
