recommended tool for spot weld removal?
I am wondering what you guys recommend to drill trouh or remove spot welds? I'm talking about those circular welds that are used to weld the car together. I want to remove the radiator support neatly and it has alot of those welds

Make your own by taking a 3/8" drill bit, and
use the edge of your grinder to take back the
cutting faces concave, except for the very center
of the bit. You should end up with a pilot tip,
and outer edges that hit before the rest of the
bit. I used this to take an old Skylark parts
car apart, layer by layer. Works easiest when you
drill the spots first with a 1/8" and then use the
cutter bit. Otherwise you don't have as positive
a "registration".
