Default FS: DFW 2001 Trans Am, red/taupe, M6, modded

Year: 2001
Make: Pontiac
Model: Trans Am
Price: $12500
Mileage: 48400
Private or Dealer Listing: Private Listing
Location (State): TX
Color: Red
Transmission: Manual
Drivetrain: Rear Wheel Drive

$12,500, no trade interests.

Car is a 2001 Trans Am base model (not WS6), 48k miles, M6, taupe interior, and red exterior. One owner (me), garaged since new, 6-point welded in roll bar, Porsche 996tt front brakes, 347 (original block/crank), scattershield, fresh T56 (TDP), just broken in TDP stage II clutch (1000 miles, one launch, one burnout), freshly rebuilt stock 10-bolt with Torsen T2R differential (low mileage on diff). ACPT carbon fiber driveshaft, headers, full bolts-ons, full suspension (mostly LGM plus Koni shocks & Strano springs/sways). Painted Firehawk wheels. 200mph Granatelli speedometer. Lots of little stuff I haven't listed. Line lock is plumbed but has never been wired or used. The sail panel has been replaced with a 6LE and has no bubbles or problems. You will be hard pressed to find a nicer example.

Motor has forged pistons, ARP head and main studs, rod bolts, etc. SFI underdrive balancer, TSP 231/237 cam, FLP headers etc.

The tires are slightly flat spotted from the car having been parked for years. It has had >1,000 miles this year, the a/c still works great.

Available separately if the buyer wants is smaller heads/cam, parts to make a y-pipe with cats and a new in box Magnaflow catback. These are not included in the price of the car.

Car is right by DFW airport.

It was featured in High Performance Pontiac magazine, and a copy of the magazine will be included. A plaque copy of the magazine will be available to the buyer for additional cost.

It is still for sale. I lowered the price yesterday to generate interest.
