Default Building a NEW Home; 2532 sq/ft, comin along nicely...(picture heavy)

After dealing with 800 sq/ft for the last 2.5 years and endless plans to build onto our little house, we finally decided just to put a whole new house on the back part of the property. Brand new 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, living room, family room, 2532 sq/ft... stay tuned...

this was the area where its going. How it looked before...

then 6 weeks ago we put this on the Down Payment...300 Hundred dollar bills = $30k

we picked our house based on the following model...

hahaha... I bought my first house at the age of 19 back in 2001...

never sold even $1 worth of dope, just bust my *** is all. plus my family deserves this house. I wanted the property for cars, mama did NOT want the tiny house that was on the property, I told her back when we bought the place we were gonna add on...

btw; 800sq/ft with 3 kids = horrible idea

Looks like a nice house, couple of questions since I just built a 2500 sq/ft house. Basement? How much did you end up paying for the house + upgrades?

no we don't have basements out here... at least I've never seen one.

as it sits right now i've got $211,875 in it... still gotta do my septic, upgrade my well, and trench the electric to it... (all things I'm doing to save money)

I'll be done with the foundation this weekend
