only problem ive had in oc with my set up is in the brea/placentia/yorba linda area....they just dont like loud cars there

The difference on a bolt-on car w/o a tune was minimal, though you can feel where each works better 
in the RPM range. With heads/cam a proper tune and n2o i would say an honest 30-40hp will be left on the table, possibly more on the juice.
