WIW: 1997 Trans Am, WS6, Ram Air, Auto What's It Worth (WIW)
I used to own this car and sold it back in 1999 to a friend. At the time, the car had 2x,000 miles.
She is considering selling it and is giving me first right of refusal.
I'm trying to figure out what it's worth knowing the history and that she had the dealer service it from the day she bought it from me.
My friend, the current owner, is 50+ years old so it's not been abused.

T-tops
loaded
Auto
Black exterior, grey leather interior
Polished Alum 5 spokes
Current miles: 49k
Excellent condition, no accident history
Only two mods: tinted windows and different mufflers (not cat back), both done by me when I owned it.
Very unmolested car.
To me, there are two things that may make me not consider it. The fact that it's an auto and that it's an LT-1 car. Thoughts and opinions?

people when i drive it last offer i got was $5000 i plan to hang on to

I'm wondering what it's worth also.
I've got a 1997 white Trams Am WS6 ,ram air, 6 speed, only mods are exhaust, lower gearing and throttle body, less than 40K miles on it. If the right offer comes up, I might be tempted.
