What tires for 15x10 wheels?
My buddy is running Mickey Thompson 325/50R15 Drag Radials on his 15x10 Bogarts? It's too much tire for his combo and if he took it to the track it would probably rub. What other size DR's are you guys running on a 15x10 combo? Let me know. Thanks

I had a 325/50R15 Mickey on my 15x10 Prostars and they didn't rub at all. As long as he has a 7.5" bs wheel they should be fine.
If he has the power and the right gearing a 325/50 could be just fine. What makes you think it is too much for his combo?
You can run just about anything on a 15x10. What height do you want?

He's got a completely stock suspension '02 Firehawk M6 with a Moser 12-Bolt 4.10 gears and the car puts down about 380-390rwhp. Also, how much to DR's grow? He says hes only got about a inch of clearence.

The DR's won't grow. Bias Ply tires will. I had about an inch of clearance between the tire and the rear bumper when I had 28's on my car.
If he's putting down close to 400RWHP the tires aren't necessarily TOO MUCH, as you said, for his car. But he would run better times and actually be faster with 26" tall tires.
I put down 403 to the wheels and those 325/50's hooked great. But the only reason I was running 28's is because on the spray the tires were too short and I was running out of gear in the 1/4 mile. But they still worked fine when I was all motor.

for a 26" us a 275/50-15 it will fit a 10" rim and get you in that range should fit right on the car. Probaby want a spacer behind the rim just to give you a little more room for sidewall deflection if you drive the car on the street alot. That size is available in an ET street
That is also the same size as a 26x10.50-15

They don't make a 27" tall drag Radial but they do make a 27x10.50R15 ET Street that would work better on a 8" rim.
