Mine is similar . . . 18" x 9.5" front and 18" x 10.5" rear . . . I run 275/35R18 and 295/35R18 respectively. That same tire size would fit well on the wheels you propose.

Looking at the same thing except the SP551. Going 18x9 up front and 18x10 in the back.

what made you decide on the 9' up front & 10" on the rear instead of the popular 10" fronts & 11 rears?
also why do you like with the sp551 rather than the 550a wheels??

IMHO, the width of the wheel was dictated more by tire size, what tires are available, and cost of said tires.

Up front a 275/35R18 is plenty big for street use. Only need wider tire if doing road racing . . . A 275 can look odd on a 10" wheel. Depending on the brand tire, it can look narrower than the wheel, which just looks bad . . .

Out back, there where two issues. 1st IMHO an 11" wheel does not fit in the wheel well of a Camaro, as well as the ancillary tire sizes. (yes crucify me now . . .) A 10" or 10.5" wide wheel fits very well, and a 295 tire fits great . . . 2nd availablity of tires. I bought my 18" wheels over seven years ago, and tire choices were less than they are now.

The other issue, is finding matched tire sets for the front and rear.

If you limit yourself to a 10" wheel in the back in 18" diameter, it looks like you'll be limiting the lip size to 2" instead of the 3" lip you get if you have an 11" wide wheel...provided I'm reading CCW's chart correctly. That would be enough for me to go to an 11" wide wheel in the back.

I dont want to be banging my wheel well or rolling the lip on my fender. If that means I have to go with a smaller width for my wheel then I guess that is what happens.
