Default wheel lock

anyone have any ways to get the factory wheel locks off of the car without the key? bought the car in january and didn't even realize it had wheel locks till today when i went to get new tires put on, and noone in town has the keys, not even the gm dealer..

I ended up going up to firestone, they had a tool to get them off and they did it for free.
