Default Slicks & skinnies setup questions

Will a 15 inch wheel fit on my 2000 SS? If so what backspacing? I wanna go with something thats gonna give me a taller sidewall & gonna mount a set of slicks on them. I do not want to grind the calipers to make them fit. I will go with some 16s if thats the case. Also what offset would I need on the skinnies? Will some 15 inch Weld skinnies from a 68 Chevelle fit? Thanks.

15x8 5.5 BS or 15x10 7.5 BS

With Welds you'll have to grind down the calipers to make them fit.

Like deviant said with Welds you will have to grind the calipers. You can find other brands like Racestars that are made to fit over stock calipers.

If you don't want to grind the calipers, then buy either Weld RTS' or Bogarts

I found these, I was told with the included spacers I wont have to grind the calipers.
