17" Weld RT-S w/ CTS-V Brembo Caliper Mod?
I'm looking to upgrade my front brakes on the TA using a set of calipers from a 2007 CTS-V. Although I want to throw some Weld RT-S wheels on in the future... but the questions is... will they fit? I was looking at the S71, with Medium pad height, 14 offset, and 3.80 back space, part # 71Mx7055N38A (http://weldracing.com/aitdownloadabl...itfile_id/306/)
Do I need to order a different pad height, more offset, or suck it up and go with the 18's?
Any help is appreciated!

I don't believe they will fit. I have the 17x4.5 medium pads, and it doesn't look to have enough clearance. The sticky on the ctsv conversion says measure at least 1.25 inches from the caliper to the wheel to see if they will fit.
The weld website has a spreadsheet with all the gm cars, it says you need at least a high pad 17 to clear the newer SS.

Use 17x5 5th gen Weld RTS wheels. They fit. You need the high pad wheel.

Edit: Wait... nevermind! They are the same (virtually). AWESOME. I may go a little wider on the wheel... but loooks like I'm good here. Thanks everyone!
