Default Question For Those Who Have Bought BS Street Lites

I looked on the BS website, and I see that the 17x8's cost $307 per wheel and the 17x11's cost $356 per wheel. They also have a "f-body" specific 15x10 wheel that costs $389 per wheel. Why is the 15x10 wheel more than the 17x11 and 17x8 wheels? For those who have ordered the 17 inch setup, what back spacing did you get for the fronts and the rears? I assume I can order them in the 17x8 and 17x11 combo because I've seen others run them on their Camaro's and Trans Am's. Also, is it best to buy them directly from BS, or does a sponsor on here sell them for cheaper? Thanks guys.

Ok, on Summit, I can get the 17x8's and 17x11's for $1,202.75 and that includes shipping. Is the bolt pattern and back spacing I have below correct?

Fronts - Wheel, Street Lite, Aluminum, Polished, 17 in. x 8 in., 5 x 4.50 in. Bolt Circle, 5.25 in. Backspace

Rears - Wheel, Street Lite, Aluminum, Polished, 17 in. x 11 in., 5 x 4.50 in. Bolt Circle, 7.50 in. Backspace, Each

Give us a call... We sell a whole lot of the 17" Billet Specialties wheels and we can price match the mail order kings.

I'll have to do that. I'd like to buy from a sponsor on here anyway, so I'll give you guys a ring. Will you guys be able to tell me what bolt pattern and offset I'll need for the 17x8 and 17x11 combo?

Ok, from everything I've found, it looks like the 17x11 with 7.5" backspacing is what I need. As far as the 17x8's, I'm not sure. Through searches, I see that for the 17x7's, it's a 4.5" backspacing, but can't find any info on a 17x8 setup. Anyone who's running them please help me out.

Mine has 17x7 on the front with a 4.5 bs, I just drew it out on paper for a 17x8 and to put the front edge the same as what I have you would need about 5-3/8" bs. That would put 1" to the inside.

I just looked at Jegs and they show a 5-1/2" bs in a 17x8 that would put 1/8th inch out to the front from mine. Should work out fine.
You want 5x4 3/4 bolt pattern.

On the rear you want 7 3/4" back space for a 17x11 I had that with a 295/45/17 tire. It fit really well. You might have to special order it in that bs.
Dont go 7 1/2'' bs it will stick out.

Here's a post I put in another thread so you can see pics.

The backspacing is really your choice, but we have sold a lot of these and can recommend the most common. The 17" wheels are all custom built so you can make it whatever you like.
