what to use

what to use anyone know what I can do to keep my wheels from sticking to the hubs? I heard of grease but what type? Reason I was asking took the wheels off today, and the rear were stuck on, actually had to put the rear up on jackstands, get underneath the car and kick the wheels off. Thanks
