Default Cheap tires

Getting my susp re done, the front tires are on their last leg, any recommendations for a DD, rather not spend much, car isn't raced just DD and it rains a ton in Florida, currently I have the BFGs and for some reason they didn't last as long as I'd like. Considering one of the sumitomos for the price, any input/experience with any tires appreciated!

I've always liked the nitto nt555.

I have several friends that run them.

I'm guessing most of them get 20-25k miles on them.

G force sport comp 2's , I think i'm going to go with the sumitomo HTR a/s p01 for daily driving. Too much unexpected expenses as of lately.

when I was looking I found Nittos for just a few bucks more each than the Sumitomos

every Sumitomo equipped car I've been in has **** for traction, so if you like WOT under 50mph I wouldn't bother...and I'm talking light bolt on cars

I have Nitto 555's on the front and would run them on all 4 if my car was a DD or saw any rain.

Yeah they let loose pretty easy in first or second.

Especially for a DD I'd want a tire you can properly cross rotate. I'm very happy with my Cooper RS3-S's, they're great in the rain, and even with some abuse they've holding up good and I expect them to last ~40,000 miles. I initially wanted M/T Street Comps but the Coopers are cheaper and nearly identical, Cooper owns M/T and manufactures there street tires. I bought mine from a former sponsor (they were a sponsor at the time) TreadDepot.com and they were great to deal with.
