BFG 275/40 17 Comp TA Drag Radials?
Anyone have some feedback for me on these? I found a pair that has a couple passes on them for $200. Would these work for me and my torque converter?

I'm at damn near 6000 ft, I won't cut anywhere near the 60fts you guys do So these will hook up pretty well? I have pics of them and they look damn near like normal tires treadwise, are they just super soft?
How quickly is quickly? I figure I can't even get normal tires for $200, so I might as well right?

I loved my last tires, even tho they only lasted about 3500 miles they sure did hook. I think my best 60ft on these tires was around a 1.8 at 15psi but i think that was the time i lost my motor. Its all good now, with a brand new motor!

Are you planning on running at the track one time with your barrowed brothers tires, or are you planning to atleast keep them for a little while? If you want to keep them id get them there great i think!

I've got the KDW G-Force on right now and for a street tire I was suprised how well they hook even in this cold weather. I can punch it in first and dead hook. I still prefer Nitto's but they are good tires.

the bfg's are nice...i have them on my car 315/35...they aren't as bad as everyone was saying in the rain...but then agian i prolly have 50% tread still on them...i haven't warmed them up but on a 15 minute drive on a warm day you can touch them and your finger will stick to them like you had peeled tape off them...they dead hook in first but spin quite a bit in second (without warming them) but then agiain i have a heads cam car...
