Default Painting rims.....

Hey guys i am buying a set of silver y2k rims and was wondering if i should paint them or just pay the money and have the poweder coated..... the hard part will be getting a polished lip on them that i want.... any one ever do this or knows some one that has....

I'm thinking about doing the same thing. 17's n front and 18's in rear powdercoated black with a polished lip! Who ever does it first will post up pictures. Thanx!

Paint can turn out pretty well, last fairly decently too. But, if you can find a powder coater in your area that is reasonable, opt for the powder coating.
