Default Probably seen before but....Black ZR1's on faux 35th SS

Well thanks to silver02Z I've got my long wanted Black Zr1's. I had always wanted these with the thin silver lip, not the wide one like the new AFS and the deep set center that really tell you they're 11's. It feels good to have Nittos back on the car, whataya think?

The lip actually shows up much better in person, I think it's more my crappy camera than anything. I'm one that actually hates the wider lip version of these wheels, to me it makes the wheels look like 15's......

Looks really good, but I'm a bigger fan of chrome Z06 wheels on 35th Ann. LE SSs.

Looks pretty good to me. Black rims with polished lips are always pimp.

Looks good, but would look 100 times better if your windows were tinted.

Good **** man. I'm in VA too, but about 2 hours from you. Definitely get those windows tinted. I rock mine up and if I go past a State Trooper I'll roll them down unless I have a feeling he won't mess with me.

Why do you have 350 in your sig when it's a 346?

Haha got em. I asked the same thing when someone had nostalgic 350 badges on their LS1. I wasn't trying to flame, but it's not a 350.

It's not 350 cubic inches, so why call it something it's not?

Okay since you're a persistent noob, I'll break it down for you. Let's first look at the title of the thread...it contains this last phrase. "Black ZR1's on faux 35th SS"

Faux~(Pronounced like "foe") French word meaning false, fake, imitation or artificial. In a manufacturing context, faux is used to indicate something made to resemble something else. Faux marble looks like marble. Faux bois looks like wood. Faux porphyry looks like stone. A 98 Z28 with faux 35th SS stripes and emblems looks like a 35th SS when clearly as stated , it isn't. Now do you see why your question is silly and redundant?
