Okay you guys check this out:

This finish is called "hyperblack," but don't mistake this with the hyperblack you've seen advertised on alot of these wheels you see on Ebay, which are just a variation of a gunmetal paint. This paint is actually comprised of millions of crystalized particles of aluminum, and it has a dye mixed in with it that gives it the black appearance. The net effect of this paint is that when it's sprayed on the surface, the millions of crystalized aluminum particles lay in such a fine layer that it appears to be a polished aluminum finish, with the black dye giving it the tint it has. Scroll down through the pics on that webpage and see how it looks when light shines on it from various angles. If you bought the 8 oz. bottle of this stuff for $50, that would be enough to do 4 wheels, so you could basically achieve this finish on any wheel you might already have without having to buy a new set with the finish already on them. Hope that helps.

ROH wheels are "black ice". It's a shadow chrome finish. I've got black ice ROH RTs on my SS. The finish is really unique, but it doesn't look like a black chrome finish, it's much too light.
