8 inch wheels will only only let you run a 255 i dont know what you would want to do that on our cars.. at least go for an 18x9.5. theres plenty of camaros running those on here

What in g*ds name would you do that to your car. Stock comes with 17/9s! I have 18/9 and 18/10s out back with some pictures.

ok cool i thought 8in wide sounded a little thin, so our stock rims are 17x9? 18x9 will fight fine all around? does someone have some pics of 18x9 all around? do yall think 18x9.5 will fit without hitting on turns and things like that? i dont want to do 2 different tire sizes cause it'll end up costing more, and then if some of the tires get uneven wear i have to replace them versus just rotating them, thanks

These cars will take 18X9.5 all day. I just got some and felt the same apprehensions about fitment issues, and my vehicle and I decided the "Big F***in' Hammer Mod" just didn't sound right for us. Don't worry, no problems at all. I agree with the others, granted it's a 10mm increase over stock, but a 255 just isn't wide enough for these cars. I put 275/35/18's on. I too wanted to get the same size all around, mainly because the tires are directional. I can at least still rotate front to back, but wouldn't be able to rotate at all with wider rears.

Yeah, ride height is really the only negative feedback I hear a lot. But you really have to reconsider with ground effects on a daily driver. When my stock suspension gets worn enough that it warrants replacing, I'll probably get a nice Koni or Bilstein setup and drop it a conservative 1-1.5 inches.

Do yourself a favor now and get something wider...these are big cars, and 8s are just too small. Overtime, you'll grow to hate them and then selling them in the future will be hard because no one wants 8's either

i want to do 18x9's maybe even 8.r, but the rpm wheels i want @ lake shore wheel and tire, the R505's either the black with the machine finish, or the black with the chrome finish, they only have the rear rims in the 9in. can yall check this out and tell me what i should get. here are the pics what do yall think?

Machined?

or Chrome?

what do yall think of these wheels on my 35th?

how about these?

the first 2 i would have to get 8's in the front and 9's in the rear, but the last one i would do 9's all around, i like the billet bolts a lot, does anyone have pics of these rims on a red camaro?
