Seriously, when I was a kid is was sweet to nab some to put on your bike.
Just be glad they didn't dick with your car, and put black plastic ones on there.
Kids don't steel those, plus they match the stems!
It sucks that a guy can't have anything nice, and only a few respect nice stuff anymore...

actaully my stems are chrome so putting black caps on em would suck...i think imma order 3 sets of them and mark the tips and if i happen to check a bike and it gots my markings...boooooyyy...they dont even wanna know......
