I had some FK451'S on my old 18" ZO6's like 3 years ago, the car was slow back then, lid and cut out and they did alright, never had a traction issue but I think most of that was due to the weight of the wheel (18x10.5) and the lack of power. It depends what you are looking for, traction? you may want to look somewhere else, just a DD tire? they are great.

Get z rated because I got some that aren't and they roll over in the turns. I hate them that is why I burned them off. Can't really beat the price but you get what you pay for.

I had the Ze-512's on my LS1 T/A, and they were okay for a while, but they wore out really fast, and I was easy on those tires..so although they are inexpensive, I won't buy them again, just for the fact that they wear out so damn fast.
I also didn't like that they look a lot narrower than other 245 width tires...a few of my friends had different brands of 245's and mine looked so much more narrow than theres...could have all been in my head though.

well i have the fk451's and they do run smaller than most. i have an old kumho supra 712 in 275-40-17 and thats the same as the falkens and the falkens look about an inch narower. i mean there is a big differance and the contact patch is small.
there ok in the heat but when its cold i can spin thwm even at a quarter gas i mean they spin easy.

Cheap but wear out easy is the consensus, seems like i wore out my front tires faster than the rear. looking to purchase in the nex week or too depending on work schedule..
