The company claims despite the agressive tread pattern the tires are non-directional. They can go anyway you wish. Most Ive seen are mounted as yours are, with the band on the inside.

With a tread pattern like that there should be a right and left tire . . . wierd . . .
IMHO, the passenger tire is rolling backwards, and "traps" water as if rolls . . .
I'd say unless there are little directional arrows on the sidewalls of the tires, you be fine . . .

I agree!!
This was discussed a couple of weeks ago, and I said it then and I'll say it again...I don't know how that will work! On the Corvette Forum, one of CCW's guys said they've sold quite a few with no complaints, but isn't Florida's rainfall sort of sporadic?
