Default Where to get HP EVO's

I am looking into getting a set of HP EVO's hyperdark. Does 19X9.5 fit on all four corners or do I need to go staggered with 8.5's up front? Where can I find these rims, any sponsors sell them? If not a sponsor shoot me a PM, thanks guys...

finally bit the bullet and bought the rims. got a pretty good deal on them on ebay. found a used set with tires 19X8.5 up front and 19X9.5 for the back. kumho tires. one of the wheels has a very minor bend in the inside lip which i am getting repaired before i have them mounted on the car. i picked them up, wheels and tires, for $400 off ebay. i'll post up pics once i get the one wheel fixed and mounted on the car. also, random question... what do you guys think about the hubcentric wheels since these are 5X120 wheels. i know some running the evos are running without them with no problems and others say they are a must. what do you think? will i be able to use my stock chrome lugs, or do i need to get tuner style lug nuts?
