You didn't think 19" wheels would clear your brakes?

I personally like the original 6 spoke GTX wheels better than either of those.

all depends on the package that you ordered from SLP..i personally didnt send it to slp for the swap. that would be the previous owner

you have no idea how hard it is to find the GTX wheels...well at least the 17" chrome.

i also have the originla white badges that came with the 97-02 gtx's..one of them fell off/ got snatched so i bought the 03 black and silver version just to see how they look. and the fact it was cheaper to buy 3 of the 03' then to get one of the white ones.

A friend of mine had an '01 GTP, he put the chrome 17" GTX wheels on and I have to admit that it looked pretty clean. Here's some pictures of it: http://www.section31.cc/gtp/new_wheels

His ran a best of 13.8@97.6 in this Texas heat. He had TOG headers, 3" exhaust, Intense IC, 3.3" pulley (8psi,) DHP 1.0 and a WizAir.

By the way, did the GTX come with the rear badge under the trunk lid like that? When he got a new GTP badge for the rear, I thought of putting it there instead of where the "Grand Prix" badge used to be. I just thought it looked better there. Apparently GM did too.

I did not know you were also here on this message board. I usually see you on club gp. The ruffs look nice. You need to get those wheels on.

I don't think I'll ever understand the reasoning behind ordering one wheel that's going to be hard as **** to get rid of as opposed to a set of them which would be much easier to get rid of if they didn't fit.

but looks like it will look nice when they're on.

its because one wheel is cheaper to RETURN than having to ship back out 4 wheels and tires

On my old 00, the badge was right underneath the keyhole. On the 03 only, it was placed on the bumper. The rear end looks better debadged.
