Tales from SRK: 1967 LSX 486ci Camaro Races 2010 AMS Alpha 9 GT-R

All I can say is, DAMN! This first Gen. Camaro hung with a built AMS Alpha 9 GT-R from a roll despite it’s TH400 trans, poor aerodynamics and its naturally aspirated motor. *Spoiler Alert! OK, so maybe the GT-R pulled it once the Camaro got into high gear, but we have a sneaking suspicion that the Camaro will be on the bottle in short order! For those who aren’t familiar with the Camaro in question, it’s powered by a 12.5:1 468″ LSX motor with a TCI TH400 transmission. As for the GT-R, it’s got a built motor, cams, AMS Alpha 9 turbos, no passenger and an S4S transmission.

I can’t wait to see the Camaro on a unit!
