I love Nelson Racing Engines. While I don’t have any experience with their handiwork in the real world, their videos are awesome. This 7-liter LSX is sporting NRE’s new Tunnel Ram Alien Intake, and as you might expect, it’s an absolute beast. It’s also described as being “so streetable.” Because doesn’t 1700 horsepower sound like […] More »
Well. That didn’t take long at all. The guys at Weapons Grade Performance have officially swapped a LS into the well-regarded Subaru BRZ. They’ve dubbed it: “The BRZ06”. Right. Because the stock CTS-V just wasn’t fast enough. In addition to putting this CTS-v into the 9’s, they’ve also made it look a bit more agressive. No, not the go pros. Those aren’t intimidating. There’s no real other information besides these two beasts being featured in a magazine shoot. Then again, what other information is really necessary. […] More »
Talk about giving the dyno a work out. Dyno runs are generally just for tuning and horsepower bragging right, but they can also be used to simulated quarter mile bragging rights. I say just go out on the strip and run it, but these simulations are a good way to get an idea of how […] More »
Reasons why this is cool: 1. It’s a Camaro painted like a fighter jet. 2. The engine sounds like meteors crashing into an exploding volcano. 3. It’s got 1000hp and front wheels that don’t believe in physics. Actually. They do believe in physics, it just doesn’t seem that way when this guy gets on it. […] More »
Remember when the Impala was rear-wheel-drive? Ah, those were the good old days. I hate to say it, but the car had lot more character back then. Of course, there was even more character in the Impalas that got some attention under the hood. Not all of them have been turned into donks. Not yet anyway.
