Chevy Hellblazer Turbo Strikes Fear in All Those That Oppose It

Hellblazer

Monster builds are nothing new here. We routinely see 1,000-plus horsepower builds. From Camaros to Corvettes and everything in between. However, this isn’t your normal build. It isn’t some crazy muscle car from the early 70’s or a psychotic new age supercar with twin-turbos and a supercharger. What you see before you is just a humble Chevy Trailblazer SS.

Except it’s not. It’s a Trailblazer SS with a 427ci LSX that’s helped along with an 88-mm turbo that’s set to make 1,400 horsepower.

According to the owner, they weren’t satisfied with the trucks previous 1,000 horsepower and low 9 second quarter mile time. So, they ripped out the motor and stuck this slice of hell into it just to be safe and have a little bit more fun.

The Hellblazer SS, as we like to call it, puts down 17 lbs of boost, and that is nowhere near what it can do. The owners of this Hellblazer SS say they want to get it to 30 lbs. of boost, which will definitely put them in the realm of that 1,400 horsepower we mentioned earlier.

Who’s ready to see where they can take this?
