The Devilish C7 Corvette Drag Car is Awesome
The C7 Corvette. It’s already one of the best performance cars money can buy. It’s hugely powerful, especially the Z06, is handsome compared to previous generations, and actually is a world class car. However, there are some out there that believe that the C7 just doesn’t go far enough in the lunacy department.
Enter Chuck Ulsch and Gil Mobley. These two gentlemen decided that enough was enough. The C7 should be a fully prepped drag car, and that’s what they built. The devil in a C7 Corvette suit.
It makes that 4.11 second eight mile pass due to the enormously powerful supercharger V8. How much horsepower you ask? Well, just hovering around 3,500. Not bad for something from America. But what’s truly impressive is that the cars exterior is actually from the C7. Rather than just plastic parts, or fiberglass made to look like a C7 Corvette, this drag car uses the real body panels from the current generation which is just staggering.
