Trans Ams have become so popular that it seems like the GTO is often neglected. I mean, not only did it launch the world into the Golden Era of muscle cars with the 1964, but it also made a comeback just a few short years before Pontiac officially closed its doors.
The GTO is a true icon, and that is a prime reason why you ought to watch and love this video of a fourth generation GTO spinning some insane donuts!
At one point in this video we actually see nothing in camera due to the amount of tire smoke the GTO has made, which has a certain satisfaction to it.
These donuts are very wonderfully performed and the skid marks on the asphalt don’t hurt either. And neither does the glorious roar of the engine. We’d love to know the power that this ride puts out!
