The SRL9-3 is a 9.5-inch converter made from CNC machined billet materials in the front cover, lockup piston, turbine hub, sprague race, and impeller hub. The impeller hub is further strengthened with furnace brazed and heli-welded fins and reliability is increased thanks to a triple bearing construction over the traditional washers seen in other converters. The Raybestos Powertrain friction clutch places can apply full lock up at full throttle for consistent performance and longevity.
