2002 Trans Am WS6

Rise of the Phoenix has been a member of LS1Tech since 2009 and he is the proud owner of quite an impressive ride. Sitting patiently in his garage is a 2002 Pontiac Trans Am WS6.

The Pontiac is not only a wonderful example of a fourth generation Trans Am, but it is also heavily modified and a highly impressive machine. Today we’re going to step into Rise of the Phoenix’s garage and take a look at the magnificent Trans Am that he has dubbed “The Mongoose.”

2002 Trans Am WS6

The Mongoose is definitely a ride worth giving some glory to. Rise of the Phoenix has spent a lot of time and money getting this beast to where it is today, and we’re sure it was absolutely worth it.

The Pontiac is equipped with Advanced Induction 223cc Dart/RHS heads, a Tick Performance cam, a Brian Tolley Racing .660 spring kit, ARP rod bolts, Stainless Works long tube headers, Texas Speed 3″ True Duals with bullets, and much more. We don’t know the numbers for how much horsepower The Mongoose puts out, but it must be pretty high!

The fourth generation Trans Ams are exceedingly popular, and an example like this explains why that is. Rise of the Phoenix has done an amazing job with his Pontiac, there is no doubt about that. Go check out his garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week!
