For today’s feature, we’ll start out with the common cliche that there are two kinds of people in this world. Firstly, there are the people who own a sports or muscle car just for the purpose of enjoying it during their daily commute.

Secondly, their are those who take their ride very seriously and build it to perfection, take it to the track, and push it to its limits. Today we’ll be stepping inside LS1Tech member hrcslam‘s garage, who seems to be the latter type of person.

Hrcslam is the proud owner of two different rides, as is often the case with those who enjoy building high-powered machines. The first is a 1995 Camaro Z28 with a LT1 and a long list of modifications, and the second is a 2001 Suburban that has also seen its fair share of changes over the years.

The Suburban, which we assume is probably more of the comfort ride of the two, has been lowered three inches in the front and five inches in the rear, has a cold air intake, has a built 4L60e, and more.

The Camaro, on the other hand, seems to the race car of the house. As it sits now, it has long tube headers with an off road Y-pipe, a rebuilt T-56 with some upgrades, a Ram HDx clutch, has been lowered 1.25″ on Stagg shocks and Summit springs, is equipped with a Magnaflow cat-back exhaust, poly suspension bushing, and much more.

This amazing fourth generation Camaro now puts out 414 horsepower and can zip through the quarter mile in 13.2 seconds at 108 miles per hour. If that’s not fun, then I don’t know what is!

Go stop by hrcslam’s garage and leave some comments, browse the photography, and have a good time! Be sure to keep your garage up to date and maybe you’ll be featured next week on RIDE ON!
